Mouse Hunt, Bird Watching and Goldfish Pond are included for free. Try a short session and let your cat choose what interests them.

Set the scene

1. Install Herbie on an iPad or iPhone running iPadOS/iOS 18 or later.
2. Place the device on a stable surface where you can supervise it.
3. Keep the volume comfortable and give your cat room to approach or leave.
4. Open the Games tab and choose a game.

Choose something to explore

Mouse Hunt offers a moving mouse and a chase. Bird Watching offers visiting birds and birdsong. Goldfish Pond responds to touch with ripples and splashes.

Finish when they’re ready

Full-screen play hides the controls. Hold to minimise when you’re finished. Stop if your cat seems frustrated or loses interest; not every cat wants to play with a screen.

Screen games are another option alongside physical toys and time with you, rather than a replacement for them.

Herbie’s routines and key dates give the humans a place to record the everyday care around playtime.
